Meet Paul Skold

Paul Skold founded Sedgwick Partners in 2007 and is Senior Managing Director and President. Paul is an experienced C-level executive with strong communication and leadership skills. He is adept at business strategy, business process improvement, project management, financial modeling, treasury and cash management, organizational architecture alignment and turnaround.

In his corporate roles Paul has demonstrated a documented track record of success in driving financial results and business growth across multiple industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, Distribution, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Pharmaceutical. He has proven success working in both public and private companies, including family offices. He is highly experienced in both corporate and operational finance with notable success in refining strategy, operations, and financial performance to improve EBITDA and the Company storyline. Paul is a results-oriented leader with strong team building and communication skills.

His leadership style is collaborative, goal-oriented and desires the best outcomes for client companies. His professional background includes C-level roles in mid-market companies requiring a turnaround as well as Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Consulting and Financial Advisory Services (Turnaround) at PwC. Paul holds an MBA from the Daniels College of Business at University of Denver.
